Please note that we cannot accept requests after receiving the order confirmation email.

Can I cancel or change the items I ordered?
You can cancel or change your order before receiving the order confirmation email. Please contact us using the "Contact Us" form with your order number.

Can I check the contents of my order?
If you are a member, you can check your purchase history on My Page. *Purchases made before logging in as a member will not be recorded. *Discounts such as using coupons are not indicated. Please check your order confirmation email.

Orders made by store order will be displayed as a purchase history at the store after purchasing the item at the receiving store.
About product delivery

Who is the shipping company? Can I choose the shipping company?
It will be delivered in Sagawa Express. If Sagawa Express cannot handle it, we will send it by Yamato Transport or Japan Post. *We cannot accept requests for delivery companies.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
We cannot accept cancellation after shipping is completed.

Please ship as soon as possible.
Please select "Do not specify a delivery date" for the desired delivery date. We will deliver as soon as possible.

Can I send multiple items in one order?
Only one delivery address can be selected per order. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place one order per delivery address. The shipping fee will be calculated one by one.
About payment

Can I change the payment method after placing an order?
Only cash on delivery (Sagawa Express) can be changed. Please contact us using the "Contact Us" form with your order number. The cash on delivery fee will be held by us.
Please note that we will not be able to accept changes to contact information after this time has passed.

Please tell me the payment number of the convenience store.
The payment number is included in the "automatic delivery email" that is delivered at the time of ordering. If you need to contact us again, please use the "Contact Us" form and include your order number.

Please issue a receipt.
If you would like a receipt, please write that in the "Notes" field under "Other" on the "Enter Order Information" page during the ordering process. We will send it to you together with the product. Also, if the payment method is "cash on delivery" or "convenience store payment", we will not issue a receipt. For "cash on delivery", the "cash on delivery receipt" issued by the shipping company when you pay for the product upon receiving it will serve as a receipt. For "convenience store payment", the "payment receipt" given to you when you make the payment at the convenience store will serve as a receipt. We will not issue a separate receipt.

To stop the e-mail magazine, follow the steps below.

How should I proceed with my withdrawal?
The procedures for withdrawing a member are as follows.

Can you gift wrap?
Please proceed to the purchase procedure and select a boy or girl from the other [free wrapping]. It will be shipped after being wrapped in a wrapping bag and hung with a ribbon. Click here for details on wrapping
Please note that there are no boxes or noshi for baby gifts.

Can you wrap multiple presents?
Multiple gift wrapping is possible.
Please proceed to the purchase procedure and select a boy or girl from the other [free wrapping]. Please let us know your desired wrapping combination in the [Remarks] column.
Example: 100cm sweatshirt for boys, one dress and leggings for girls, wrapped one by one, M57004 (product number) for boys It will be packed.

If I send a gift-wrapped item directly, what will happen to the delivery note, etc.?
Please check [Deliver to a different address from the requester] for changing the delivery address, and enter the delivery address information.
Please proceed to the purchase procedure and select other [free wrapping] boys or girls. If the payment method is other than cash on delivery, and the orderer and the delivery address are different, we will send it without including the delivery note. We will write the name of the person ordering on the invoice.

Is it possible to have a box wrapping, Noshi, or a message card attached?
We are very sorry, but we do not provide box wrapping, Noshi, or message cards.
