Purchase flow
1. Select a product and add it to the cart
Select a product and proceed to the product details screen and press the "Add to Cart" button. If you press the button to see the cart as it is, or press the cart button on the upper right of the screen, you will move to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout
The cart screen will be displayed. Check the product and amount, and press the "Proceed to checkout" button.
(Please note that if the order process takes too long, an error screen will appear and you will have to start the order process again from the beginning.)
* If you are a member, click "Proceed to checkout" to display the login screen.
You can log in by entering your email address and password, and you can place an order with your registered member information automatically entered.
Also, if you want to use member points, please proceed from here.
* You can register as a member at the same time as ordering.
3. Enter the purchaser information
Please enter the information necessary for ordering, such as "name", "address", "telephone number", and "e-mail address".
(Your personal information is encrypted with "SSL" in our shopping cart, so you can rest assured.)
4. Choose your payment method
Select a payment method and press the "Next" button.
*If you want to return to the previous screen during the procedure on the order information input screen, use the "Back" button at the end of the screen. You can also use points and coupon codes here.
5. Confirm your order
Please check your order. If there is no mistake, please press the "Order" button.

6. Flow until product arrival
- 1. After confirming the order in the shopping cart, the order details will be automatically sent by e-mail.
- 2. We will confirm your order the next business day. We will send you an "order receipt" email after confirming the product inventory.
* If you have set the domain specified reception, please set it so that you can receive emails from the following domains.

- *In the case of payment by credit card or cash on delivery, we will ship the order on the next business day as soon as it is ready after confirming the order.
- *It takes about 3 days to confirm payment, so if you are in a hurry, please use other payment methods.
- *If the details of your order are unclear, we will notify you by e-mail, so we will ship after receiving your reply.
- 4. Once the item has been shipped, we will send you a "shipment notification" email. In the e-mail, we will inform you of the tracking number of the parcel.
- 5. Please check the product immediately after it arrives. In the case of cash on delivery, please pay the product price.
We will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail for some products that will be delayed. Please note that delivery is only within Japan. - *If orders are concentrated, it may be sold out or delivery may be delayed.

About points
You can use convenient and advantageous points at "online shop" and "store".
Points that can be used in "online shop" and "store" can be used in both by setting common settings.
About using points
Points will be awarded at a rate of 1% of the purchase amount (including tax) (excluding shipping and handling charges).
1 point can be used as 1 yen when purchasing products.
Points are valid for one year from the date of shipment.
Points for purchases made at the online shop will be awarded at the time of shipment.
Please note that points will also be refunded when canceling or returning an order after it has been placed.

Please note that the service may be changed or terminated without notice.
About membership rank
Members are divided into the following three ranks according to the purchase amount, and the point award rate at the time of purchase differs depending on the rank.
You can check your membership rank on My Page after logging in.

*Purchase amounts are calculated for one year from August 1st to July 31st of the following year.
*Rank up will be automatically reviewed and applied by the system the day after purchase.
* In the case of shopping using points, the tax-included amount after using points will be the target.
*If you do not make purchases using your member ID for 5 years, your membership will automatically expire.
Consolidation of points for stores and online shops (from August 1, 2016)
Those with smartphones
(a) Download the "Children's Forest Members App".
(b) Log in with the e-mail address and password that you have registered with Kodomo no Mori e-shop.
(c) The points accumulated in the Kodomo no Mori e-shop will be displayed on the app.
When using points at a store, please present the barcode displayed on the app.
Those who do not have a smartphone
(a) Please tell the store staff that you do not have a smartphone. We will give you a card that will replace the app.
(b) Please enter the [card number] and [PIN code] displayed on the My Page of this online shop or the new member registration screen.
(c) Points can be used interchangeably at stores and online shops.
