I bought this to wear between a T-shirt or sweatshirt and a jacket when it's cold.
It also looks great with a shirt when you go out.

The target age is 4 to 8 years old, so I bought it for my 4-year-old (who is not small), but it was still too big. I plan on using it when it gets a little older.

The pattern and color are nice, and I think it's nice to have some ingenuity, like the reflector.
However, there are some flat boards in the gusset (I thought it would be better if they were recessed or made with a stronger bottom), the quality of the string, and some spots. I felt it was worth the price.
